Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy


  • We offer free delivery on all purchases. Deliveries will be made usually between 3:30 pm – 8:30 pm on the date selected at the time of order placement.
  • HAPPILY EVER AFTER will contact the customer after successful order placement to confirm the date, time & address of delivery.
  • Goods need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person at the given address other than the person who originally placed the order and for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
  • Delivery can be redirected to an alternate address in circumstances of non-availability of a recipient at the place of delivery, provided that we are informed in due time.
  • HAPPILY EVER AFTER shall not be held responsible for the damage of products after delivery, particularly those arising due to poor handling and storage of the product.
  • In case of unforeseeable conditions like Strikes/Bandh and natural calamities like floods/ heavy rains we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another time or date and we will inform the customer about the same.
    We will consider the order status as ‘Delivery Failed’ in case of following scenarios:

                     * The wrong address provided.

                     * Premises locked.

                     * Recipient not available.

  • We will try to contact the customer in the above-said cases and the order will be held for another 24 hours, thereafter the particular order will be considered ‘Cancelled’ and dealt as per our order cancellation and refund policy.
  • Products will be held only 24 hours after a failed delivery attempt and cannot be availed thereafter.


Order Cancellation and Refunds:

As all our products are made against orders, cancellations within 24 hours of the delivery date and time will receive only 40% refund and those between 48 to 24 hours, 60% refund of the ‘non-discounted’ product price. All order cancellations prior to 48 hours shall receive a full refund of amount transacted at the time of order placement. No refunds can be availed past the delivery time.

In rare circumstances where an order needs to be cancelled due to technical difficulties from our side, a full refund will be initiated.


Product returns:

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate as per the original order, no refund or exchange is possible.
